The Suite with Hot Tub was extremely well appointed, offering modern and spacious comfort. Customer service excelled with clear communication regarding special arrangements.

Noise disturbances from the outside were noticeable, affecting the quiet atmosphere intended for relaxation. Limited staff availability sometimes hindered immediate support.

The panoramic views from our apartment's multiple balconies, especially of Teatro Massimo, made our mornings absolutely delightful.
